Discipline is
the dividend.

QANAQ Club is a discipline-first community. We admit only project-oriented executives who show up, prepare and deliver — and every member commits to the rules below. They are non-negotiable, and they are what protect the value of the room.

I

Attendance

Members attend at least 80% of sessions each year. Falling below that, without an approved delegate, lapses the seat.

II

Delegation

If a member cannot attend, they send a peer of equal seniority — board or senior-executive level — briefed in advance and empowered to act. Junior stand-ins are not accepted.

III

Project-first

Every member brings at least one live, real project or opportunity to the table each quarter. The seat is earned by contribution, not attendance.

IV

Timely response

Members reply to relevant project and opportunity introductions and counterpart requests within five business days. The room runs on momentum; silence costs everyone.

V

One firm per country

Only one firm holds each country / sub-activity seat in a sub-club. Direct competitors are never seated together — competition is engineered out by design.

VI

Verified standing

Members provide audited financials confirming they meet the revenue floor for their sub-club and market. Floors are reviewed annually; standing must be maintained.

VII

Confidentiality

All sessions run under the Chatham House Rule. Projects, business opportunities, figures and identities shared in the room stay in the room. Breach means immediate removal — no refund, no appeal.

VIII

Good faith

Members deal honestly, honour the introductions they accept, and never use the room to poach staff or undercut a fellow member. Bad-faith conduct ends membership.

IX

The pool stays in the club

The project and opportunity pool and member directory are for members' own business. Reselling, listing or sharing them outside QANAQ is prohibited.

X

Fees & founding standing

Annual membership is set by the club's size at the time of joining, invoiced yearly plus VAT. Founding members keep their founding standing as the club grows; non-payment suspends access.

XI

Exit & removal

Members may leave at the end of any membership year. Management may remove a member for breach; serious breaches — confidentiality, bad faith — take effect immediately.

By submitting a pre-qualification request, applicants confirm they have read and accept the QANAQ Code. QANAQ Management is the final authority on its interpretation and enforcement.
