Before your next flight

How many more fairs, conferences and events will you travel miles to — just to open one new business opportunity?

In a year, with professionals from how many countries can you really build a one-to-one relationship around a real project?

QANAQ Club puts professionals from up to 50 countries at one table — every month, without the miles.

Welcome

The world's most powerful and
project-oriented club.

QANAQ Club — members reception
The QANAQ ecosystem

A carefully curated ecosystem connecting those who create, finance, design, build, manufacture, and scale projects across global markets.

Who it's for

Built for executives who travel globally to develop strategic partnerships, create new business opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.

The purpose of QANAQ Club is simple: fewer flights, stronger connections, and greater results. We bring together trusted business leaders, project owners, investors, and decision-makers to accelerate project development, strategic partnerships, and cross-border collaboration.

Less travel. More trust. More projects and opportunities. More collaboration.

You run business development or projects in more than one country.

You need reliable local partners in markets you don't yet know well.

You want to follow foreign markets in depth — with real cases, not headlines.

You'd rather spend less time travelling and more time on decisions.

You want project, opportunity and partnership leads from a trusted source, not cold outreach.

Your time is valuable — and you want a smarter way to cover more ground.

Why it exists

How many countries can you
really visit in a month?

Chasing opportunities across borders the old way means flights, hotels, lost weeks and a handful of meetings per trip. The math doesn't scale — and the best local projects and opportunities rarely reach you in time.

The old wayCostly
  • Fly to one or two countries a month — at best.
  • A few meetings per trip, mostly cold.
  • Weeks lost to travel and logistics.
  • Local risks and rules learned the hard way.
  • The right project or opportunity surfaces after the deal is gone.
With QANAQ ClubRecommended
  • Reach dozens of countries from one curated room.
  • Warm, pre-matched introductions every session.
  • Hours, not weeks — the rest of your time stays yours.
  • Learn markets and risks from members already operating there.
  • Live projects and opportunities reach you from a trusted source, early.

The right project, the right business opportunity,
at the right time.

QANAQ Club was built for a fast-moving world — one where advantage belongs to whoever reaches the right project or business opportunity at the right moment, ahead of the competition.

Trust is rarely built in a single conversation. QANAQ lets members hold the many conversations real partnerships require — with the same seriousness, in a fraction of the time. The commitment every member brings to the room is the engine that makes it work.

Instead of living on planes and spending years cultivating a single region, members discuss real projects and business opportunities in a far more efficient system — every month, across 50 countries.

What you gain

Everything a cross-border
director actually needs.

01

Fewer unnecessary trips

Cut the travel that fills your year. Cover more markets from one room, and travel only when it truly matters.

02

Access through local players

Reach projects and business opportunities in foreign markets through successful local firms already operating on the ground.

03

Markets in depth

Follow foreign markets with real application cases — and learn the risks before you commit, not after.

04

Trusted project & opportunity flow

Reach business opportunities from a reliable source — vetted members, not open marketplaces.

05

Fast partnership routes

Move quickly on collaboration — the right counterparties are already in the room and pre-matched.

06

Stay ahead of the market

Track each market continuously, so nothing important moves without you knowing.

Membership

Invitation criteria.

Seats are not bought — they are earned. Every candidate is assessed against four dimensions, and confirmed with audited financials, before an invitation is extended.

01

Revenue & scale

Demonstrated company turnover — typically $20M–$500M — confirmed by audited financials. Exact floors vary by sub-club and market tier.

02

Seniority & mandate

Shareholder, board or C-level standing — with the authority to commit to projects, business opportunities and partnerships without going back up the chain.

03

Project & opportunity capacity

You can both bring live projects and business opportunities, and respond to incoming ones in time — the two-way contribution the room runs on.

04

Complementary markets

Active or target markets that complement the room, not collide with it — one firm per country, per sub-activity.

The engine

How the pool
is built.

Every session runs on a curated pool of live projects and business opportunities. The pool is not crowdsourced or open — it is assembled and quality-controlled by QANAQ Management from the members themselves.

1

Members submit projects & opportunities

Each member sends live opportunities — a tender, a partnership need, a capital requirement or a market-entry plan — directly to Management between sessions.

2

Management vets & standardises

QANAQ confirms each submission is real and well-defined, then formats it into a standard one-page brief — scope, geography, size, what's sought.

3

The pool is assembled

Briefs are gathered into the monthly pool for that sub-club, indexed by country, sub-activity and the counterparty each project or opportunity needs.

4

Pre-matching

Before each meeting, projects and opportunities are paired with the members most likely to act on them, so introductions are warm and relevant — never random.

5

Presented in the room

Each project or opportunity is tabled from the pool. Interested members signal, and bilateral introductions follow immediately afterwards.

6

Tracked to outcome

Projects and opportunities stay in the pool until matched or withdrawn — followed through introduction, NDA and next steps, keeping the pool live.

Case studies

What happens when the
right people meet.

Illustrative scenarios — not actual transactions — showing the kind of cross-border partnership a single curated room can set in motion. Deal sizes are indicative.

Construction Co. + Investor

A regional contractor with a tendered infrastructure pipeline meets an investor seeking hard-asset exposure. The room turns a cold introduction into a co-financed build.

Tech Firm + DC Developer

A scaling tech firm needing compute capacity is matched with a developer expanding into a new jurisdiction. One conversation aligns demand with a build-to-suit footprint.

Energy Co. + Infra Fund

An operator with a generation asset meets a fund with a long-hold mandate. The match converts a capital gap into a structured, multi-year partnership.

$140MCapital deployed

Members typically operate in the $20M–$500M revenue range. The room exists so introductions of this scale happen by design — not by chance.
